MorumBIS

MorumBIS, officially named Estádio Cícero Pompeu de Toledo and traditionally known as Morumbi, is a historic football stadium located in São Paulo, Brazil. Opened partially in 1960 and fully completed in 1970, the stadium was designed by architect Vilanova Artigas and serves as the official home ground for São Paulo Futebol Clube. In early 2024, the venue adopted the commercial name MorumBIS through a naming rights partnership with Mondelez, referencing their popular chocolate brand.

With a current seating capacity of approximately 66,000 spectators, it is the largest privately owned stadium in Brazil. Its iconic three-tiered, open-bowl design makes it one of the most recognizable sports landmarks in South America. Over the decades, the venue has hosted numerous high-profile matches, including Copa Libertadores finals, domestic championship deciders, and games for the Brazilian national team. In addition to its sporting legacy, the stadium functions as a major entertainment hub, hosting massive concert tours for legendary international artists like Queen, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and U2.
