In 2023, the nine-time Grammy winner with the velvety soft voice Norah Jones will celebrate her live debut at Klassik am Dom: on July 18th. Since her acclaimed debut album Come Away With Me, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022, Jones has become a trusted musical companion to millions of people around the world, featuring collaborations with the likes of The Foo Fighters and Herbie Hancock their incredible versatility.
On July 26 Plácido Domingo will invite you to a gala evening. With twelve Grammys, 150 different roles in the most important opera houses in the world and his special charisma, the singer and conductor, tenor and baritone, actor and general director is undoubtedly one of the greatest musical figures.
The legendary Italian singer EROS RAMAZZOTTI makes a tour stop at the Domplatz in Linz on his world tour! The most charming artist in Italy will present his brand new album "Battito Infinito".
And after this year's acclaimed guest performances on Domplatz, the virtuoso star violinist David Garrett will show himself from a completely different side on August 4th: He will come with his new classical project "Iconic" and will reinterpret masterpieces by legendary violinists, from Bach to Bach Gluck to Mendelssohn and Schumann. The program will feature Garrett in a trio along with guitar and bass. “Unfortunately, many wonderful works from the early days of the great virtuosos have fallen into oblivion. It means all the more to me that I now have the opportunity to bring these beautiful pieces to life again,” says Garrett.

Over the years, the open-air festival with a focus on classical music has expanded its artistic range and opened up its repertoire to include jazz, soul, chanson, theater and crossover in order to always offer its audience new and extraordinary musical experiences.
As one of the most beautiful open-air locations in Austria, Klassik am Dom has established itself as an independent brand during this time.
