Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue situated in Tottenham, North London. Officially opened in April 2019, it replaced the former White Hart Lane stadium as the home ground of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
Designed by the architectural firm Populous, the stadium features a distinctive modern design, a fully retractable natural grass pitch and a separate artificial playing surface for American football. This innovative system allows the venue to switch between football, NFL games and other events while protecting the natural grass playing surface.
The stadium is the first purpose-built NFL stadium outside the United States and serves as the official home of the NFL in the UK. It hosts at least two regular-season NFL games each year, alongside Premier League matches, international rugby, boxing championships and major concerts.
One of its most distinctive features is the 17,500-seat single-tier South Stand, the largest of its kind in the UK. The stadium also offers extensive hospitality facilities, restaurants, bars and premium seating areas.
With its advanced facilities, flexible event configuration and capacity of 62,850 spectators, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is one of London's leading destinations for major sporting and entertainment events.
