Mezzo-soprano Ketevan Kemoklidze, a native of Tbilisi (Georgia), a pupil of the Tbilisi state Conservatory named after V. Sarajishvili (class of prof.G. Kariauli), for his exceptional vocal and scenic talent enjoys great success on the stages of the most famous theaters in the world. After receiving at H. G. Belvedere competition special prize of Teatro Alla Scala, Ketevan Camelize without entrance examination entered the Academy of theatre La Scala. She is a prize-winner of such prestigious international competitions as Operalia Placido Domingo, the international vocal competition in Toulouse, the international vocal competition Francisco Vinyasa in Barcelona, the international vocal competition named after H. G. Belvedere in Vienna, the international competition of young vocalists Elena Obraztsova in St. Petersburg, as well as national competitions in Georgia.
Ketevan Kemoklidze, being a student of the Tbilisi Conservatory, is distinguished by refined, promising vocal qualities. In 2002 she made her debut on her native stage in the roles of Madalena in Rigoletto, Emilia in Othello and in the Opera Amadigi. Later Ketevan kemoklidze with great success on the stage of the leading theaters of the world: in the vocal part of the charming Rosina (Barber of Seville) Deutsche Oper in Berlin, the Capitol Theater in Toulouse, the Reggio Theater in Parma, the Massimo Theater in Palermo, the Opera National in Montpellier, the municipal Theater in Santiago, the Deutsche Opera am Rhein in Dusseldorf, the municipal Opera in Marseille and at the Washington national Opera at the Invitation of Maestro Placido Domingo as a prize-winner. Also thanks to his invitation, she made a successful debut on the stage of the Opera Los Angeles – the role of Cinderella. She returned to the National Opera of Washington and New national theatre Tokyo in the party Preziosilla (the Force of Destiny). In 2015, Ketevan made her successful debut in two important roles as Princess Eboli in the Opera don Carlos at the auditorium de El Escorial and Queen Elizabeth in the Opera Maria Stuart at the Grand national Opera - Wielki Theatre in Warsaw. In 2014, Ketevan made her successful debut as Carmen at the new national theatre in Tokyo and the Mariinsky theatre. In the same season she made her Scandinavian debut in the Opera Count ori in the role of Isolier at the Malmo Opera. In 2010, Ketevan Kemoklidze sang the role of Stephano in London's Royal Opera house Covent garden in the Opera of Romeo and Juliet. After receiving in 2006 a special prize at the Belvedere competition, she made her triumphant Spanish debut at the Gran Teatro del Liceo (Barcelona) in the Opera Othello, and also performed in the operas Barber of Seville, Linda di Chamonix and Fauste, then at the prestigious Teatro real (Madrid) in the operas the Wedding of Figaro and the Tree of Diana. Ketevan Kemoklidze is a frequent and welcome guest of the best Italian Opera houses. At the Teatro Alla Scala she performs in operas so do all women, Ascanio in Alba, Salome, Manon, the Barber of Seville, a Midsummer night's Dream and Rigoletto, as well as in the tour of the Teatro La Scala in Japan; at the Arena in Verona - in Romeo and Juliet, at the Teatro La Fenice in Venice. Maestro Pizzi invites her to perform the roles of Siebel (Faust) and Dorabella (As all women do) at the Sferisterio Opera festival in Macerata. She sang Olga (Eugene Onegin) at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples. She made a successful debut at the Spoleto festival as Cleopatra in the Death of Cleopatra Berlioz. Ketevan Kemoklidze successfully performs at the Teatro delle Muse In Ancona (So do all women) And at the Teatro Regio (Teatro Royal) in Turin (Faust and Thais). At the Opera of Graz (Austria) Ketevan Kemoklidze takes the party Feeny in the Opera Nabucco and Princess Clarice in the Opera the Love for three oranges. She wins huge success with the public of the Municipal Theater of Santiago and the Opera house of Monte Carlo for the breathtaking performance of the party Cherubino. Ketevan Kemoklidze with great success sang the role of INES in the Opera Maria Padilla at the famous festival in Wexford (Ireland), made her debut in the Opera Julius Caesar at the Megaron theatre in Thessaloniki (Greece).
