Born in Paris, he began piano at five and started performing original compositions at sixteen. His 1976 television performance of Ballade pour Adeline brought him wide recognition. Known for a flowing, romantic style, he has also adapted Chinese melodies; over nearly three decades, he has toured China more than thirty times. This concert features newly arranged material spanning jazz and romantic styles, with Chinese melodies, stage effects and familiar works. No detailed programme is supplied. The performance takes place at Beijing Exhibition Theatre on 25 December 2026 at 19:30. The stated duration is approximately 110 minutes without an interval.
